Today, I’m reflecting on this special episode of The Workplace Therapist Show where producer, Whitney, and I discuss why I wrote “The Hot Sauce Principle” and how we can apply it to our working relationships today. While it’s a fun episode, it’s a great reminder that life is not meant to be an endless sea of to-dos. It’s a reminder that, taking control of our schedules, projects and other forms of urgency in our lives is a form a self-care - because that means more time for doing other things we enjoy.
